cant create linked clone machines

dear experts,

we have problem with creating linked clone machines. in vCenter and view manager dont show any error message.

please help to resolve this problem .

View Manager version : 5.0.0 -481677

vCenter Server version : 5 (build 623373)

view composer version : 2.7.0 -471620

In attachment you can find view composer and view manager log files.

it's very urgent please help

If it's extremely urgent your best path may be to go ahead and open a ticket with VMware support. If it isn't urgent the forum may be able to assist.

1: What has changed since the last time you were successfully able to create a linked clone?

2: I know you said no messages but do you even see it attempt to create a clone, refresh a desktop, or any composer related activity?

it seems some 5 version problems with disk management service

vmware said that this problem was resolved in version 5.1. upgraded to version 5.1 and now working fine.
