Has anyone tried the new TCX USB Virtualizer 2.0.15 for XP? I keep getting installation error =2....

I just installed this onto one of our base images today. I did not experience the issue you are stating. It recognized the upgrade from 1.5.8 and then ran through installation. It rebooted the image and was not installed. So I ran the installer again and it installed. Looks like it rebooted the VM when it removed the old version and never picked up the install again.

I wish I could help you with the installation error message. Our VM image is XP Pro w/ SP3.

I too am running XP Pro w/sp3, I initially uninstalled the older version myself then tried doing the install but to no avail. I tried on serveral different vm images but not working. So strange just makes no sense.

Curious, do you have the USB redirection enabled in the Vmware View Agent as well? I am wondering if that is interfering with things.

I am not running VMWare View.
