Hi, I'm new in this thing about thin clients and virtualization. On my work place we have 30 wyse c10 thin clients running with vmware. I found a guide to configure a virtualization enviroment and I follow it. So let me tell you what a I did.
- I configure two phisical server's with esxi 5.0
- Then configure a vCenter to manage to manage those two host's.
- The I create a vm and install it the vmware View Administrator 5.1.1
- I started creating my vm's for my thin clients. (Windows XP+Office+VMware Tools+VMWare Agent)
- I configured my View Administrator and added my vCenter.
- I added a Pool with 30 vm's to work with the Protocol RDP (C10 terminal has no PCoIP), in Policies, USB access is allow.
- The C10 has been working with no problems, I can connect to the server, display de vm, but the usb port's are not working.
If I want to connect a USB Memory it doesn't work. To be honest I have no idea. I hope you could help me.
