Gents, we need help solving some frustrated issue. Horizon 6, workspace 2.1,workspace agent 2.1.1, Dedicated pool, windows 7 64bit.
Some of the users can successfully connect to the workspace server from this pool, via agent, others are encountering the following issue: when the workspace agent window pops up, they input the proper workspace server name "workspave-va.corp.com" and then they get the message "Invalid Server Address". This works fine for other desktops in the pool. If you’ve heard about a similar issue and know the fix, please help.
