Witness VM (ESXi Appliance ova) and Horizon View 7.2 Access Gateway supported as Hyper-V VMs? (Horizon on Stretched VSAN 6.6)

Hi,

I have a bit of a weird question....

I have a customer who is now all on Hyper-V...soon to be VMware, but it will take a while

They want to deploy Horizon View 7.2 environment on vSAN Stretched across 2 sites.

They have the DMZ and the 3rd fault domain with Hyper-V environments only...

Question:

1. Is it supported to run the Wintess VM (tie breaker) on top of Hyper-V host?

2. Is it supported to  run the Access Gateway appliance (Horizon View new Security Server) on a Hyper-V?

Hi etamir,

I don't think either of them on top of Hyper-v is supported. it may run ( i hadn't tried in my lab) but there is no official document /statement from VMware on supporting these on hyper-v host.
