Windows keyboard shortcut not working

Hi All,

- Horizon 7.10

- AppVol 2.18

- DEM 9.9

We provisioned Windows 10 (1909) instant clone. All work as per normal. However, upon login we noticed that can't use the following keyboard shortcuts:

WinKey + A

WinKey + D

WinKey + E

WinKey + R

WinKey + S

WinKey + T

Hope someone has encountered and found the resolution.

Is your display protocol RDP? If so, this won't work.  PCoIP and Blast will work.

Thanks for quick reply.

I am using Blast. FYI, one keyboard key work WinKey+Tab. But we want other keys like WinKey+D and others to work.

Please ask if you need other information

Anyone can help to further check my Windows keybaord shortcut issue or have solution?
