Windows ClientVersion 2.3 or 5.4??

Hello,

Which version of the client should we use for Windows?

The 2.x branch seems more recent but 5.x version number is...greater...

I use Horizon view 5.3.

The 2.x branch is the one you want.

The client numbering used to be aligned to the View releases but that have changed and have its own release-cycle and version-numbers, this should be consistent with all clients (Win, OSX, Linux, IOS, Android etc)

There was also a change in the underlying framework the Windows client was built on, the release notes should list the other changes.

2.x is the current one and we will soon see a 3.x version.
