Windows 7 view client connect to physical machine with teradici host card get black screen

Hi, as the title, in Horizon 7.1, we found that we can't connect to physical machine with teradici host card installed by Horizon view client and PCoIP, is there any suggestion or idea?

You'll probably have better luck in the Teradici community forums. Have you installed the host software for the host card? Do you have host driver functionality enabled in the web interface of the host card?
