Windows 7 profile with wmware view 5.1

I have to migrate to Windows 7 and I would like to know what is the best way to configure Default Profile in Windows 7?

I use the sysprep method outlined in the first link you referenced, and it works well. Just be sure you only have a single account on the machine so your'e certain which account is being copied to the default. There have been reports of issues when you have more than one account on the machine and use the copy profile option in sysprep.
