Windows 7 VM shows blue screen after login

Hi Everyone,

One of the virtual machine that i manage keeps displaying a blank blue screen when a user trys to login,

This happens about once a week at random times,

This is a windows 7 vmware vsphere 4 VM, and is being redirected to a sunray though vmware view 4.5,

Any help would be greatly appreciated

If the VM shows blue background screen of the Windows, then the machine is loading after a Windows Update process. Try Ctrl+Alt+Del from console and see whats happening in the Task Manager.

Harold,

Im sorry to say that nether of these link were of any help to me,

the first one was for an older version of the view agent that we are using,

and the second was for PCoip and Sunrays only use RDP,

Im sure i have checked the task manager before and not seen anything out of the ordinary but next time this problem accurs i will have another look and report back
