Windows 7 VM showing as unsupported Guest os

I am setting up a new VM pool.  When selecting my parent VM, the parent VM I wish to use is showing up as an unsupported guest os.  The parent VM is running windows 7 64bit sp1.  I've setup pools before using this same OS, but I'm having trouble now.  Any suggestions?

What is the guest OS as shown in the vCenter client while the VM is powered off? While you may have the correct guest OS installed, you may have incorrectly selected the guest OS type in the VM configuration. Also, which versions of View and vSphere are you running?

I'm having the same issue as reported here. Currently running Horizon View 6.2 in eval mode (I'm in migration phase) and my VM is a Windows 7 Enterprise N 64bit, with SP1, running the 6.2 agent and latest vmware tools. Does anyone have any clue which logs can we check for additional information? I'm currently going through them but it's a great deal of data. Any help would be appreciated.
