Windows 2008 AD with View 3

Hello All,

I pretty certain that you cannot install the VDI Connection Server on a server running Windows 2008 but what about an AD environment based on Windows 2008 AD? I saw a short reference in the documentation to the newer version of ADAM for Windows 2008 but I didn't know if that meant it will work. I would still load the broker on a Windows 2003 server which would be a member of the 2008 domain. Please let me know if anyone knows the answer.

I think since all data is stored in the ADAM database then you should be fine with the 2008 AD domain.
