Windows 11 Preparing Windows Instant Clone Slow Logon Time

Currently using Horizon 2111 Windows 11 Instant Clone Automated Desktop Pools and DEM. Everything seems to run smooth once the users are logged in and have a desktop, but when the users login the preparing windows time seems to take multiple minutes which they are less than thrilled about. I'm newer to the environment so don't know all the ins and outs but if someone could point me in the right direction to jump down this rabbit hole and figure out where my problem is that would be appreciated.

Have you optimised the Golden Image using https://via.vmw.com/tchzmno2101 ?  This can make a huge difference to login time.

This has been a issue for a while in our environment, we figured out with Control Up tool that its due to one GPO causing the delay.

We have run the OSOT on the golden image before deploying.

Is there a way to figure out which GPO may be causing the problem without ControlUp?
