Windows 10 unsupported OS instant clones

I figure this has been discussed but I couldnt find anything using search. I have Horizon 7.2 attempting to create an instant clone pool. using windows 10 enterprise build 1607. Checked this version is supposed to be supported. when I attempt to use it as the parent for instant clones I get the message that it is an unsupported OS.

Any ideas?

Agent into gold image is up to date ?

Can you share what message error its appearing for you ?

Have you checked the Guest OS is correct according to the VM settings?
