I have a windows 10 golden image that I have converted to a template and am provisioning a desktop pool using this and a vCenter customisation specification. It clones the machine ok, but then fails with the error 'Guest customization is already pending'. It does not create any logs on the VM and the sysprep file is not copied into the panther folder. I THINK that I have run sysprep on this machine once and am wondering if this is causing the issues. If i create a snapshot and use Quickprep it is fine. Has anyone else had this issue and knwo how to fix it? It is looking like I may need to recreate my Golden Image otherwise 😞
