Windows 10 problem with the Persitentdisk

Have a pool of Windows 10 systems that a Persistentdisk is assigned to. Everything is being diverted cleanly. Problem is only saved in downloads, or documents executable files (*. exe, *. msi) even *. pdf and would like to copy them where else, network drive, temp on C: or documents in downloads you get a message:

File access Denied:
"You must specify administrator permissions to copy the file. "

If you take this file and snow it and füght it again, everything is OK.

View version 7.4, Windows version win 10 1607 LTSB (Enterprise)

The samplel was fixed, it was on the software it watch.
