Windows 10 Incorrect password

My customer is having issues when reconnecting to a VDI desktop after the workstation is locked for an unspecified amount of time, anywhere from 15 minutes or more. The environment is username and password only and when the user attempts to unlock their workstation they are prompted that their password is incorrect. When the zero client/horizon client is rebooted or disconnected and reconnected, the user can successfully authenticate back to their desktop with the same password they were prompted as being incorrect. has anyone witnessed this before? it does not appear that the user account gets locked after numerous "incorrect" password attempts and this symptom is random and sporadic

Some questions to get a better understanding:

First: Which keyboard language is used/shown at the Windows Logon Mask (aka GINA)? - to rule out a Layer-8-Error.

Second: Does this happen on Windows or Zero/ThinClient endpoints?

Third: In case Windows do you use "Log in as current user"-Feature?

Fourth: Which Windows 10 Build are using for VDI?

Second: we have witnessed this on the horizon client and dell wyse zero client

third: no we are not using log in as current user feature

fourth: windows 10 1809. we are trying to replicate the problem with test users on 1909 but cannot confirm if its resolved on 1909 or not

When entering your credentials to logon to the Windows 10 VDI - which keyboard language is set/available there? -> at the very bottom right at that screen.

We had some issues with keyboard lang. being picked by Windows when multiple languages are available, therefore I ask what is available.

Maybe you could post a screenshot of what is experienced at this point of time.
