We have the following issue with the virtual machines:
When a user is login in Windows 10 everything went good until the moment that Windows explorer is loading. Then that process is crashed and then windows automatic restart the process in a loop. That loop is not stopping and the only solution is to logoff and logon again.
We have the following configuration
1) Production: Windows 10 Pro 20H2
2) Test: Windows 10 Pro Pro 21H2
3) Vmware horizon 7.4.0 build-7400497
What steps did i take to solve the problem
1) Update the Windows 10
2) Disable Microsoft storage installation services
3) Disable Storage services
4) Check if some windows updates are installed on the virtual machines.
I read on the internet that some updates are the problem for this problem
5) Search this forum
Do troubleshoot the problem i export the windows logs files.
The problem is that the error in the log not give any solution on the internet.
I hope you can help me with this problem, because the problem is now there for a long time and need to by solved
