Hello together,
I´m not sure what describe the KB78714 (https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/78714). We want to upgrade the Golden Master with Windows 10 20H2 to Windows 10 22H2. The Matrix in the KB shows that Horizon 2111 (8.4) is not supported Windows 10 22H2. That means that we have to upgrade the Horizon Connection Server to 2111.1 (8.4.1) or only the Windows Agents and the Connection Server can keep 2111 (8.4)?
Best regards
Markus
It's always recommended to keep all the connection server and agents on the same version. VMware supports mixed versions only during an upgrade phase. Having said that, a higher version of connection server usually works, but not a good idea to keep the agents on a higher version and connection servers lower.
Also keep in mind that if you keep mixed versions of connection server and agent and hit any unrelated issues, VMware will first ask you to upgrade the versions to match with each other.
