Why I'm getting: java.lang.NullPointerException on my virtual desktops

- I have a total of 75 virtual desktops, all of them showing 'agent unreachable'. When I click on the on the Desktop from the View Manager it shows the error: java.lang.NullPointerException.

- I'm running View 5.0,

- I have 3 Vspheres iesx 5.0

- All my VDesktops were available until I don't know what happen and they showing now Agent Unreachable

Any one with an idea why this java error.

When you access them from VSphere everything is alright?

If you look on the Summary tab, are all of the settings correct? IP etc?

Were settings changed recently within View Manager? IP etc?

Do you have more then one connection broker? If so is it the same on all of them?

How much memory does the CS have?

Try to reboot the CS.

I was just building a second CS with WINDOWS 2008 R2 but still not been used. Regarding RAM of CS is 8 GB.

From the Summary Tab everything looks normal. Nothing been modified. All the VMs were available and working fine.

I rebooted the hosts and that took care of the error. I had to do that in a time when the environment was not been used.
