It has been some time since GA of Horizon 6, but you cannot download any of the components until now.
When can we expect to download the final version ?

it is supposed to be released today but it's still not available.
The even say it's been released on the EUC blog:

They just updated the blog; bits will be available starting at 8:00pm PST.
