What product do we need, when we want to virtualized our software over browsers?

Hello,

we want, that everybody can use our software on any system (IOS/Android/Windows/Linux/...) So we are searching for a product which can make, that everybody can use our program over a normal browser like IE or Chrome.

I think Horizon can do this, but there a product from vmware for only this problem? I think Horizon is to big.

Depends on what your programs/applications are, but have you considered Workspace Portal? http://www.vmware.com/products/workspace-portal/
