What is the effect of having 1030 and 170 VDI host licenses a cluster?

I just started a job that has a vdi environment and I am new to View.  There is one vdi cluster with 8 esx 4 u4 hosts.  Some hosts have170 vdi vm licenses and some have 1030 vdi vm licenses.  How does this effect the cluster and host loads?  DRS is full throttle. 

Will the hosts that have the 1030 license carry heavier loads than the 170 vms?

At this time I don't think VIew does any hard checks on your concurrency so it wouldn't have any adverse affects, although I would like for mine to be consistent accross the board.
