Weird Behavior on Pools View 3.1.3

hi guys

Vmware View 3.1.3 - Vmware ESX 3.5 update 5

I got a DS4700 that has 2 LUNs that all of a sudden start increasing Total IOs

This Storage is for virtualization there are other luns that behave/work OK.
I execute the Performance Monitor and their Total IOPS is very high.

They are:
1. LUN_5_Agentes_2 - RAID 1
2. LUN_6_Agentes_2  - RAID 1
I have 2 others LUNs which store the same stuff I mean in this case Virtual Machines (Vmware View - VDI Windows XP)
and all four have 45 Virtual Machines each.

The other 2 the only difference is that they are RAID 10 and these ones with issues are RAID 1.
The other 2 are:
LUN_4_Agentes_1 - RAID 10
LUN_7_Agentes_1 - RAID 10
What's happening is the Virtual Machines stored at
LUN_5_Agentes_2 (RAID 1) and LUN_6_Agentes_2  (RAID 1)
are having timeout issues users are not able to login and get their desktops
It's not only users cannot login when they are able to do it the session is pretty slow takes long time for the programs like notepad IE to open in general the session is pretty slow
but on the other 2 RAID 10 LUNs Windows XP Desktops are working OK.

any idea what could be happen?
Any faulty hard drive?
I've already check cables. Today I've replaced 2 faulty hard drives but the rebuilding process finished.
And the replaced Hard drive were for other LUNs the storage have.
At vmware level something to check?

thanks a lot
