Hi,

When you go into services on the local machine is the agent running?

Can you ping the desktop from the connection server and using the FQDN?

So the agent shows as not reachble in the View Admin screen?   can you run the diagnostic script on the agent machine so that all the appropriate logs are generated.

here is a link that shows you how to create the logs, http://kb.vmware.com/kb/1017939.    I would also doublecheck all the firewalls as most of the time that is the cause of an unreachable agent.

This is minute, but have you checked if View Agent is actually running on the VM?
