2. Not exactly sure what you mean by this question, but to virtualize windows you must have a subscription for VECD\VDA from Mircosoft which is licensed per endpoint and the price varies depending on that endpoint.
3. View is licensed per concurrent connection so if you have 200 users and only 150 are ever active simultaniously you only need 150 licenses.
