My company has recently provided new Mac Book with M1 chip and, since then, I am unable to connect to a desktop that it is still working on my old laptop (Mac but Intel) and via my phone.
It remains stuck on "Loading desktop".
I have reviewed the desktop's log but I can't see anything out of the place, so wondering if this is a known issue?
I have also tried PCOIP and Blast without any change in behaviour.
Desktop is running VMware-Horizon-Agent-x86_64-2111-8.4.0-18964730, Windows 10 OS
Mac M1 is running VMware-Horizon-Client-2203.1-8.5.1-19641512 but I have also tried VMware-Horizon-Client-2111.1-8.4.1-19484634
Any suggestion is much appreciated.
