Vmware horizon client do not work on 3 monitor

When I use 2 monitors Horizon client display VDI as expected however if I add another monitor, same resolution and same refresh rate VDI hangs in black windows and it is not able to work.

I have not been able to use VDI in 3 monitors just 2.

We had a similar issue when first setting up our VDI environment. It turned out we needed to add more VRAM to the parent image. Depending on your resolution and the number of monitors needed the parent needs a certain minimum amount of VRAM.
