Hello,
Today someone asked me a question saying" is Vmware View4 is supported with vSphere4 Essential Plus Licenses?". I instantly said YES, but I have been told to get a documentary prove. I am searching here n there to find out.
Can someone help me in this. I just need to find out that Vmware View4 has no concern with vSphere4 Lics it all about the features availability requirement in any virtualization infrastructure.
Thanks in Advance
Regards,
Kashif
Should work, you need only a vcenter and with essential (plus) the license is included!!
MCP, VCP
I just got off the phone with VMware sales and I was told that none of the add on products like view can be installed on it. They said the limitation would not be physical but a license limitation. I would like to find it in writing somewhere though.
It should be defined under the EULA: www.vmware.com/download/eula
But i have also heared that essentials is only for essentials. You need minimum "ESX Standard" to be compliant with EULA.
