Vmware View use of USB for a Document Camera

Wanted to know if anyone else has a idea of how to improve on this but below are my results of trying to get Vmware View to work with a USB document camera.

My results were that while i could get the USB Document Camera to connect and be seen by the software inside the View VM. The connection was so slow that the picture was very lagged and nearly always grey.

Any ideas?

Have you set the USB Manager to use VMWare View on the Thin Client?

We use HP Thin Clients and you can change it by doing the following: -

Admin Control Panel

     Peripherals Tab

          USB Manager

               Remote Protocol

                    VMWare View

Different Thin Clients might have different configuration settings though.

Thanks jskaife but the client was a full windows 7 using the VMware View Client verso I  don't think that pertains but thanks. I did test with version 5.0 and 4.6 of the VMware View Client with simular results.
