Vmware View desktop performance

Hi folks,

In my production environment View desktops are facing slowness issues.these desktops are powerfull machines which are for high end applications.

configuration is as fallows:

ram 32GB

cpu 6VCPU.

I want know the thresholds for all parameters related to CPU like Latency,Ready ,Usage etc..
