Vmware View Windows 7 customization

Hi to all ;

I am in a project with Windows 7 desktops deployed with Vmware View 4.0.1.

a year ago i have done same for Windows xp ;without any problems with Virtual center customization and vdi manager integration.

But could not figure it out by now ;how wiill this be done for windows 7 OS.Does anyone has experience with this ;

Hi,

Windows 7 is experimental only with View 4. I would await View 4.5 before proceeding. This will undoubtedly have full Windows 7 support.

As it's already been stated View support for Windows 7 is experimental in this version. As far as sysprep like activities are all handled inside the OS now similar to Windows 2008. No need to put any type of sysprep files on vCenter if that is what you were after.
