Vmware View Desktop resources Sizing

Hi Friends,

I need help in Vmware view Environment..

I have One Esxi 5.0 server and with 10GB ram HP  Proliannt DL 120G6 and Xeon Processor 1TB Storage

now here how much storage ram and processor allocate for vmware view desktop and server for best performance.

Please guide me if any body have vmware all product resource allocation documentation plz send me.

Using 10 GB ram you can hardly run 5 or 6 virtual desktops (roughly, depending on the memory size of Virtual desktops)

If you are doing this for production then what I'm about to say has no merrit.  In production you need to have multiple servers with a back end SAN.  For just fooling around in a lab:

My lab environment has 12GB of RAM, and I can easily get all the View stuff to run with 10 desktops.  This box has a Domain Controller, SQL Server, View Connection Server, vCenter Server (with Composer), and 10 Windows 7 VMs (oh and I have some XenDesktop running on it too).

If you follow architectual guides, skg is right as the minimum requirements for View are way over inflated in those documents.  However, in the real world you can overcommit the crap out of View and still get good performance.
