i read more and more documentation about this issue troubleshooting ... and way for solving is various different ... this is mine ...
SCENARIO: PCoIP connection shows Black Screen and disconnect session after few seconds (client Windows XP SP2).
I manually substitute video driver that was:
- Vmware SVGA II drv 11.6.0.36 del 17/08/2010
with the previous version (just present on system and manually searched in compatible hardware) :
- Vmware SVGA II drv 11.6.0.32 del 24/09/2009
This driver solve my problem, after reboot, PCoIP connections are ok and restablished as month ago ( ... i beleive the video driver changing happens through a Vmware Tools update process).

This thread has been moved over to the VMware View forums. The best practice is to always install the View agent after upgrading the VMware tools.
