Vmware View 4.6 video overlay problem.

Hi,

I have a strange problem on a test enviroment. We try to display video from a surveilance camera (various Bosch Cameras). When using the VDI on a esx4.1-farm we only get a black screen where the video i suposed to be. The ActiveX/Component providing the Video-kamera control seems to be working correctly because its possible to controll the camera's pan/tilt/zoom through the control. But its not possible to in any view video stream from it.

I have tried with my local laptop without any problem,  i even got it to work on a Vmware Workstation installation.

I've also tried the two graphics drivers provided (WDM and old SVGAII)

I really wonder where the problem is? Could there be a limitation in current vSphere + View? Is my best bet to sit and wait for vSphere5 and View5?

Enviroment info:

vsphere4 Enterprise Plus

vmware view 4.6 premier

Dell PE 710

VDI Info:

3Ggb ram

Windows 7 64Bit SP1

Did you try both RDP and PCoIP? Any difference?

Can you see the video if you look in the vSphere console?
