Vmware View-4.6 Virtual Console

I have a new VMware View 4.6 environment setup and I have one thing that I am trying to figure out. I have a floating pool which get build correctly. I want to view the session from my VSphere server.  I click on the Virtual Console and I can see the WIndows 7 login screen. If I attach the View session to a PCoIP client then the session goes blank once the PcoIP client starts up.  I can still interact with in from a keyboard perspective, but I have no video.

Is there a way to view the session of a view client without VNC or other tools using tools aready in VSphere?

I looked at that article and performed the steps.  I can now get to the screen but the display is not clear.
