Vmware Horizon Install Failed 0x80070643 error

I am getting the the same install failure that I got on the post here https://communities.vmware.com/t5/Horizon-Desktops-and-Apps/Horizon-failed-to-install/m-p/2311037 

Can anyone assist?  I have tried adding 127.0.0.1 view-localhost  to the hosts file, installing without html 5 support, all to no avail.  Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Also should be noted,the user is running windows 10 20h2 x64
