Vista Desktop Network Adapter - "Connect at Power On" not checked

Took a Vista standard build, powered it down, ensured that "connect at power on" was checked, created a template, deployed 5 VDI desktops and none of the 5 have the "connect at power on" checked, thus they all have the same names.... Any ideas why this might happen?

you can check to see if the NIC in the template pointing to the right network label
