I have recently completed upgrading from View 3.1.1 to View 4.0.1 and now cannot get the Virtual USB Hub driver to install properly during view agent installation. I have attempted total removal of the view agent, reinstall, but the driver is always not found and cannot complete the install. I have tried this as an administrator both local on the VM and domain administrator.
the view agent continually gets the Error 28014 cannot close the firewall during install, about 3 times and then the install completes. I don't know if this is related or not.
Any thoughts?
