View without vCenter

Hi,

it is possible to install and use View Manager without having a vCenter? From my point of view it should be possible to use at least "individual desktops"!

I'm wrong?

according to system requirements, it says to require VI 3.0.2 or VI3.5 (recommended). both ESX and ESXi are supported

you would require vCenter Server for publishing desktops
