Can somebody explain this printscreen ?

I have 4 desktop pools all with linked clone technology so what is the meaning of this numbers ?

The column on the left represents current active connections, so you currently have two people logged into linked clone machines. The column on the right represents the high concurrent session count you have had, which would be 9.
