Or, you wouldn't happen to be using a generic/shared user account would you?
The other piece is that the error message can mean the PCoIP session is disconnected due to login from a different location (separate client).
Can you grab logs off your client device, you are looking for lines that look like:
MGMT_SYS : (sess_cback
event mask: 0x40, cause:0x105
The logs provided doesn't provide enought information.
These are the View Agent logs. You want to grab the PCoIP client logs which should exist in %temp% (C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Local\Temp) the log will be called pcoip_client
Here is the doc with the log file locations and names (for windows): Horizon Client for Windows Logs
These will also exist on the View VM if you can get to it, located at %ProgramData%\VMware\VDM\Logs and they will be called pcoip_agent and pcoip_server.
The message there is telling you that your connection server is initiating the disconnect. This is usually due to either a network issue between client and the view desktop (potentially Con. Server and Desktop if tunneling) or a misconfigured load balancer.
Or, you wouldn't happen to be using a generic/shared user account would you?
The other piece is that the error message can mean the PCoIP session is disconnected due to login from a different location (separate client).
Thanks.
Users are not using shared account here.
I will check with if user tried to connect from different device.
