View connection refused

I have a user that is unable to login to View. If I login from a Windows machines using the View client I get the error "The Connection to the remote computer timed out." If I login from a Zero client it just kicks back and says "Session Refused!". But I can login with other users fine. I've checked and the user is in the proper security groups so he has access to login. His account is not already logged into View. On the connection server I get the following two event logs and thats it.

Earlier today some users were unable to login and would get session timeout errors. I rebooted the connection server and then uesrs were able to login again. I don't know what connection that has but it probably has something to do with the current situation for this users.

Is this on a dedicated pool or floating pool?

It's a floating pool

What if you login to the virtual desktop from the vSphere console as the user?   Just curious if you get an error here and if so maybe we can tie it into profile or something like that.

Well this is weird, I logged into one of the emtpy desktops without any issue. I then logged in from a zero client with the account and it logged the account off the desktop I had logged into. And now I'm able to login without any issues.

So if you disconnect and logoff that session you can then login again with no issues?

It appears that way so far, I'll see how it acts tomorrow

It happened again today, a user kept getting an session timeout error when trying to login. I logged directly to a view desktop and it goes right though and then I'm able to login to View witth the user account. View logs have been unhelpful.

I also have this problem if anyone managed to fix this.

Standard Win7 VM running on View 4.6. I can log in via the vSphere console to the VM just fine, but I get "Session Refused!" when I try to use a thin client via both PCoIP and RDP.
