View client connects remotely but not with Samsung NC240

I have a View 4.5 installation.  I am able to connect from off-site using the view client in a Windows machine.  However, when I try with a zero client (Samsung NC240), I keep getting socket errors after selecting a VM.  I am able to authenticate and see the list of available VMs.  I am connection using RDP.  On the connection broker, I have secure tunnel connection enabled.

The NC240 is using firmware version 3.3.0.

Any help will be appreciated!

The Samsung NC240 works as a zero client device right? I don't think they support the View secure tunnel, though they will work with the PCoIP secure gateway.
