Hello,
I'm starting to deploy a VDI structure. Actually I'm running test on myself !
I'm using a Windows 7 x64 based client and a dual Screen with the PCoIP protocol.
First I was forced to apply KB 2010359 about mks.poll for have a good refresh rate on the my screen.
Now I'm facing a new problem. When I lock my session and come back, the screen is reduce and all windows open of course.
To get my dual screen back, I need to quit View Client and open a new connection. Then I need to resize and replace all my open windows.
Question : is it a normal behavior ? I hope no and what are the settings to adjust to get ride of this.
Thx in advance for your help.
Hi
I've seen this problem when you disconnect from the session and by doing that it essentially disconnect the monitor which resets the "graphics card" of the vm and thereby resets it to one screen. I had the problem for a view roll out where everyone was using dual screens and unfortunately the only work around was either they didn't disconnect or they used RDP to get to the vm.
This is not exactly the answer I was looking for
I've also request a support for this. I'll post any news here.
There is a KB for it also
