View & RSA Authentication using emergency access token

Hi,

Just had cause to use RSA's emergency access token for a user. Getting a Authentication method failed, passcode format error from the View RSA agent however works fine with other RSA agents. Anyone run into this before or any thoughts?

Hi GCollins99,

One of our users experienced the same issue, we cleared the user pin, resynchronished the token and made sure the user used a different "new" pincode.

Maybe that will help.
