View Portal does not connect desktop

I can connect to the View Portal from the internet just fine. I log-in, download the client, then am presented with a list of available desktops. It's just that when I choose one of them to connect, I get a new item in the taskbar for 20-30 seconds, then nothing. I can connect to all the desktop sources internally just fine, even with the portal.

Any ideas?

Make sure that you do not have "Direct Connect" enabled on the settings for the View Manager.

No. this is just a trial implimentation. I have specified an external URL for the connection server and placed it in a DMZ.

What protocol are you using? RDP or PCoIP?

Since this is View Portal from the internet, PCoIP is not supported. I set default to RDP to be sure.

It was "direct connect" which I could have sworn I disabled. Thanks!
