View Horizon Client | Unable to conenction through Security Server

Hello Folks,

We are trying to deploy VMware View 5.3. Everything is complete we are able to access desktop from view client through connection server. But when we try to connect to desktop through security server, post user authentication we getting attached error.

Can anyone please help me to understand and resolve the error?

make sure the fw allows access from the security servers and the desktops.

also, make sure the security servers configuration is correct with the right fqdn

Thank you for your response. Issues was with the DNS resolution to the mentioned external URL from client device. We had it resolved. Thank you.
