View Horizon 7 admin page - ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

I just replaced the SSL certificate on my view connection server and now i am unable to access the view administrator page getting the following message:

The new certificate was created by our Microsoft Root CA.

I'm using chrome but internet explorer produces similar error. Everything was working fine before i replace the SSL certificate.

Does anyone know why this is happening?

This site can’t provide a secure connection

xxxxxx.xxx.xxx uses an unsupported protocol.

ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

Unsupported protocol

The client and server don't support a common SSL protocol version or cipher suite. This is likely to be caused when the server needs RC4, which is no longer considered secure.

Did you export the private key to the certificate before you imported it into your security / connection server? If the certificate doesn't have the private key I believe that you'll run into this error.

Thanks for your comment. that was my problem. I didn't have the new certificate on the security server to be with exportable private key. After reloading the cert everything start working fine. thank again

thats correct , while importing the pfx into connection server please check export private key option to fix this error
