View Desktops Plugin for vSphere?

Hi All,

Back in View 5.2 there was a Tech Preview for the View Desktop plugin for vSphere; so you could see VMWare View information while logged in to the vSphere Web Client.

What ever happened to this & is there something similar available for newer versions of View? (we're currently on 6.2.1)

Was really really handy to have View information in vSphere (e.g. search for a user name & see manage any VM's assigned to that user in a single console) rather than having to jump between multiple screens.

This featured was removed from after View 5.2.  The current solution is use vROPs for Horizon View to manage the horizon View Environment.
